October Product Updates:

This October, we are rolling out a major set of new features, core identity governance expansions, and platform-wide reliability enhancements. Our updates center on enterprise-grade lifecycle and application management across Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), next-generation rich posting for LinkedIn, streamlined Microsoft 365 cloud storage traversals, and key stability enhancements across Google Sheets, Excel, and HubSpot.

New Actions:

  • Audit third-party application usage across the organization for compliance and periodic security reviews.

  • Restore Deleted User: Restores soft-deleted user accounts back to an active state safely and reliably.

  • List Deleted Groups: Returns soft-deleted security and Microsoft 365 groups available for recovery.

  • Restore Deleted Group: Restores deleted groups while automatically resolving naming or role conflicts.

Use Cases:

  • Audit recent offboarding workflows and monitor deleted user queues before accounts hit permanent purge thresholds.

  • Rapidly reinstate accounts and distribution groups for returning contractors or reverse accidental team deletions.

Microsoft Entra ID: Transitive Hierarchy & Dynamic Authorization Suite

Description: Unlocks nested evaluation of complex group structures and deep access hierarchies to enforce zero-trust security workflows.

Key Features:

  • List Transitive User Groups: Evaluates direct memberships and all nested/indirect parent groups for any target user.

  • List Transitive Group Members: Traverses nested hierarchies to output every direct and indirect user, sub-group, and device within a group.

  • Check User Group Membership: Pre-validates member IDs and checks whether a user belongs to specific groups (directly or transitively), automatically optimizing queries across large group lists.

Use Cases:

  • Enforce zero-trust authorization checks dynamically before executing sensitive payroll or IT flow actions.

  • Send broadcast notifications to every effective member of a top-level parent group across multiple nested teams.

Microsoft Entra ID: Tenant Subscriptions & License Revocation

  • Audience & Distribution Controls: Configurable visibility toggles (Public vs. Connections) and options to disable resharing.

  • Dual Text Processing Modes: Clean plain-text formatting alongside native mention and hashtag parsing in LinkedIn Markup mode.

Use Cases:

  • Automate corporate social media releases, product launch announcements, and executive thought-leadership articles.

  • Publish customer case-study PDFs directly to LinkedIn company pages upon flow completion.

Updated Actions:

Microsoft Entra ID: Account Lifecycle Updates (Disable, Enable, & Reset Password)

Key Features:

  • Disable User: Disables account access immediately while preserving all user metadata and role assignments.

  • Enable User: Re-activates user accounts with rapid propagation across connected tenant services.

  • Reset User Password: Standardized input validation and error states when generating temporary credentials during IT triage.

Enhancements:

Microsoft OneDrive & SharePoint: Paging & Token Security

Description: Re-architected multi-page traversals and request handling across OneDrive and SharePoint document libraries.

Key Features:

  • Seamless Navigation: Traverses large directory structures smoothly without pagination errors or corrupted subfolder paths.

  • Performance Optimization: Delivers faster and more resilient large directory listings and bulk document migrations.

Google Sheets Actions (V2)

Description: Corrected column alignment and range handling across Google Sheets V2 actions to ensure data writes and reads with complete precision.

Key Features:

  • Column Alignment Accuracy: Fixed an issue where unmapped starting columns caused appended row data to shift rightward (e.g., mapping only columns B and C).

  • Header & Range Fixes: Ensured header rows are not treated as data rows in open ranges, and single-column queries now fetch all rows down to the sheet's end.

Microsoft Excel & OneDrive

Description: Improved stability when accessing spreadsheets and processing large cloud files.

Key Features:

  • Non-Standard Column Offsets: Lookup Rows and List Rows now correctly map tables that start outside of Column A.

  • Large File Resumable Uploads: Strengthened upload pipelines to ensure multi-gigabyte files transfer smoothly without session timeouts.

  • Folder Path Consistency: Preserved full nested folder paths during automated directory traversals.

HubSpot Integration: Boolean Field Updates

Description: Fixed an issue where updating boolean (Yes/No) properties on HubSpot records returned validation errors. Values are now automatically formatted to match HubSpot’s API requirements.
